Terms of service

By using pcprodaja.ba you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully before ordering.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The website pcprodaja.ba is operated by IT Systems d.o.o., Paromlinska 34, 71000 Sarajevo (hereinafter: “the Seller”). These terms define the rights and obligations between the Seller and the buyer when purchasing through this site.

  1. USER ACCOUNT AND ORDERS

An order can be placed without registration. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided when ordering (name, address, phone, email). Incorrect data may cause delays or make delivery impossible.

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Processing takes place on working days during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00). For cash-on-delivery orders we reserve the right to confirm by phone before dispatch.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on the site are expressed in convertible marks (KM, BAM) and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; the price on the order confirmation is binding.

Payment is possible in two ways:

  • bank transfer (we email a proforma invoice with all the details; payment within 3 working days);
  • cash on delivery — paid in cash to the courier on delivery.
  1. DELIVERY

Detailed information about delivery and time frames is on the Shipping and payment page. The delivery times stated on the site are indicative and depend on product availability and the logistics partner.

  1. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

The complaint procedure and warranty terms are described in detail on the Returns page. A complaint about a faulty product must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, keeping the original packaging, invoice and warranty.

  1. LIABILITY

The Seller shall not be liable for damage arising from improper use of products, force majeure, or reasons beyond its control. All content on the site (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without written consent.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply to all disputes. We will seek to resolve disputes by agreement; otherwise, the court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction.
