Shipping and payment methods
Delivered across B&H by courier, two payment methods — bank transfer and cash on delivery.
SHIPPING
Delivery across all of Bosnia and Herzegovina is handled by courier services (A2B d.o.o., Euroexpress d.o.o., JP BH Pošta d.o.o.). Delivery is made to the building entrance; in an apartment building the courier is not obliged to carry the goods up to your floor, only to the entrance.
Delivery time: parcels are delivered within 48 hours (2 working days) of order confirmation, provided the item is available. If an item is not in stock you will be informed when ordering; in that case the delivery time depends on the supplier but will not exceed 30 days. Orders placed by 16:00 on Friday are delivered on Monday; orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery cost: delivery is free for orders over 200 KM. For orders up to 200 KM a flat delivery fee of 11.70 KM applies, regardless of parcel weight. The delivery cost is shown as a separate line on the invoice.
Products are packed so they cannot be damaged by normal handling in transit. On receipt, check for any damage and report it immediately to the courier, or refuse a shipment with visible external damage.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer two payment methods:
- Bank transfer (payment slip or internet banking)
Once your order is placed we email you a proforma invoice with everything needed to pay — recipient, account number and payment reference. Payment is in KM (BAM) only. You can pay at a bank, post office or via internet banking. Once we receive the payment, the order is prepared for shipping. If payment is not made within 3 working days, the order is cancelled.

- Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is paid in cash to the courier when the product is delivered to the given address. Please have the exact amount ready. If you are unable to collect the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a delivery notice.
PARCEL TRACKING
After dispatch we email you a tracking number. You can check the parcel status on the courier service’s page.
