Returns and complaints

Report a complaint within 7 days of receiving the product. Detailed steps and warranty terms below.

  1. COMPLAINTS

If you are not satisfied with a product you have bought, contact us and we will do our best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

If, on first use (within 7 days of receipt), you find that the product you received is faulty or does not match the technical specifications stated on the device, its packaging or in the accompanying documentation, please contact us and provide the following information:

  1. First and last name;
  2. Device name and serial number;
  3. Description of the complaint.

Once we receive your complaint, and based on your description, we will let you know whether:

  • the product can be replaced with a new one;
  • a refund can be issued;
  • or the product must be sent to an authorized service center.
  1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To exercise your right to make a complaint, you must keep the original packaging with all the accompanying equipment and documentation the product was originally delivered with, and provide the invoice and warranty, which our staff may request during the complaint process. The device must be free of physical damage and show no visible signs of use or wear.

Where a product can be replaced with a new one, or a refund can be issued, we will send a courier to your address to collect the product subject to the complaint. Once we receive the product, we will notify you about the refund or the dispatch of a replacement.

You will receive notice of the refund / replacement, or of the rejection of the complaint, within 8 days (from the day we receive the device together with the complaint) by phone or in writing, and your request (refund / replacement) — or the return of a device whose complaint was rejected — will be carried out no later than 15 days (from the day we receive the device together with the complaint).

If the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center, we will provide you with all the details of the authorized service center or arrange collection of the device from your address.

If the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage is visible on receipt, and in that case we ask you not to accept the shipment. Please contact us so that we can check the state of the shipment and send a new one as soon as possible.

We will do our best to resolve your complaint to our mutual satisfaction.

  1. WARRANTY
  • The warranty provider (manufacturer) guarantees that the product has all the properties required for its regular use for the purpose the device is intended for.
  • The warranty period starts on the date the purchased product is sold to the end user, evidenced by the invoice and/or a validated warranty card together with a detailed description of the fault.
  • PC Prodaja undertakes to remedy, at your request made within the warranty period, faults and technical defects of the product through its own or contracted service departments, provided they arise during normal use and within the warranty period.
  • PC Prodaja guarantees that the goods delivered to the buyer are free of defects. On receipt, the buyer must inspect the goods, and if any defect is noticed must lodge a complaint, in writing or verbally, immediately and no later than 7 days from receiving the goods.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused during transport after delivery, damage due to improper assembly or maintenance, use of unsuitable consumables (per regulations), mechanical damage caused by the user, or damage due to mains voltage variations, lightning strikes and related phenomena.
